Home Delivery Customer Service

We offer contact free home delivery across Victoria. To have Smith & Deli ready - meals and grocery items delivered directly to your door, order by 6pm Monday for
delivery on Friday of that week.

OUR DELIVERIES ARE MADE BETWEEN 8AM & 6PM EVERY FRIDAY

• Our delivery service is contact-free
• Delivery windows open up in advance and close at 5pm on the Monday prior
  to the Friday delivery. We do have a maximum capacity for delivery so we
  recommend placing your order as soon as you can to avoid disappointment.

DELIVERY AREAS

We are excited to be offering home delivery between 8am and 6pm every Friday to postcodes across most of Victoria. Check your suburb using our postcode checker
on the home page.

DELIVERY PROCESS

• Each order is prepared and packed carefully by our team.
• Any changes to your order must be made and accepted prior to the cutoff for
  your delivery day.
• You will be sent an 'order confirmation' via email when your order has been
  received.
• You will receive a text message on the morning of delivery to advise of the
  delivery window. You will also receive a text message advising when the
  delivery has been completed.
• We have the 'authority to leave' If there is a safe space to leave your order,
  our drivers will do so.
• All deliveries will be left unattended (subject to any reasonable directions from
  you with your order).
• Smith & Deli does not accept requests for specific delivery times. Our delivery
  service will provide an ETA of your delivery and will leave your order in your
  absence (if there is a safe space to do so). We will not issue refunds if
  orders are delivered outside of requested delivery time frame.
• Please provide detailed delivery instructions in the field at checkout (ie on the
  front porch or foyer apartment access code). If your nominated delivery
  address is an apartment, unit or other secured building you must provide the
  code, instructions or such other means to ensure delivery can be left safely.

Your order will be delivered in a plastic lined insulated box with an ice pack.
The safety of the product becomes your responsibility on delivery.

Zone 1: $15 – Melbourne Metro
Zone 2: $20 – Melbourne outer suburbs and regional areas
Free Delivery – For all orders over $200
